Returns and refunds

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us at contact@kamenogame.com with your order number, then send the pack back within 14 days of telling us.

You pay for sending it back.
We refund the price of the pack and the standard delivery you paid, within 14 days of getting it back (or of you showing us proof of posting). The refund goes back to the card you paid with.
Please send the pack back in the condition you got it. If it has been played with, we may take off the value it has lost.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the cost of sending it back.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
