Kameno is about bringing people together. We want to create a community of people that want to get off their phones and engage with one another. We are not looking to reverse time, rather offer a better, healthier, and more social alternative to being on your phone. Relationships are built on communication not on your screen.
It was on a training trip in New Zealand in 2024 where Sam and Raff came up with Kameno. They where living in a cosy cottage with no Wi-fi or service and spent their downtime adapting and playing what is now Kameno. They realised the benefits of being away from their screens and used the game as a tool to battle the ups and downs of life and being athletes. In a world surrounded by screens, distractions and technology, the boys being forced to get away from those opened up the opportunity to discover the importance of not being surrounded by them.
